Details
-
Ready-to-Use Design: Dynament sensors integrate all required optics, electronics, and firmware to deliver a temperature-compensated, linearized output for methane and propane, reducing development time.
-
Broad Temperature Operation: Operates reliably across a standard temperature range of -20°C to +50°C, with an optional extended range from -40°C to +75°C for demanding environments.
-
Multiple Power Configurations: Four power modes, including High Power (420mW), Regular Power (240mW), Low Power (45mW), and Ultra-Low Power (24mW), are available to suit diverse application needs.
-
High-Resolution Methane Detection: This method employs advanced infrared technology to measure methane concentrations from 0 to 100% volume, with a precise resolution of 0.01% for the 0–5% range and 0.1% above 5%.
-
Dual Gas Sensing Capability: Options include combined methane and carbon dioxide sensing within a single infrared sensor unit.
-
Infrared NDIR Technology: Utilizes proven non-dispersive infrared sensing for accurate, stable, and long-lasting gas detection performance.
The sensors cover a variety of ranges including low-range methane from 0 to 5% volume, high-range methane from 0 to 100% volume, and propane from 0 to 2% volume. To enhance usability, the Premier Gas Sensor Configuration Unit is compatible with the Platinum Series, enabling users to customize sensor parameters, perform data logging, and carry out calibrations efficiently.
Dynament sensors are available in multiple certifications such as Industrial Ex d IIC Certified, Mining M1 Certified, UL Approved, and Non-Certified options. Most models also offer low-power and EN50271 / SIL1 certified software versions to meet stringent industry standards. For seamless integration, these sensors support the industry-standard Modbus RTU protocol, facilitating straightforward communication, configuration, and diagnostics.
